** The studio is expected to be left clean, to the standard you will find it. If you
prefer not to clean, or if you don't clean an additional charge is payable.

Prices are quoted per week for the studio.
Change over day is generally on a Saturday, however, this is negotiable during quieter times and longer stays can be arranged.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before departure.
Bookings for travel in less than 6 weeks are payable in full.
A damage deposit of £150 is payable which will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the studio.
The studio is strictly no smoking.
